Project: Retail Banking

Description: T24 is Temenos Banking product (Own) which is utilized by major Banks across the globe where in Retail Banking is one of the Business Unit under T24.

Project planning and delivery of the development related to Retail is carried out.

• Facilitated Scrum framework – sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
• Provided extensive guidance on Agile scrum processes and methodologies to highly effective teams with goals of improving quality and productivity.
• Managed work and project responsibilities by assigning tasks to internal individuals and external teams.
• Drove Scrum team progress to overcome obstacles and realise success throughout life of each sprint.
• Conducting daily stand up call with team to understand and plan the schedule of work being carried out
• Attending weekly meeting with the management to explain the progress development and highlight the risks & discuss on mitigation plan for the same
• Participating in Business Unit Month End Review (BUMER) meeting to discuss on Demand VS Supply and the mitigation plan to address the surplus or Deficit
• Tracking and Monitoring of the Delivery Plan updates based on inputs from Delivery Manager
• Ensuring Product Tooling like JIRA, RTC and T-Focus are updated by liaising with all the required stakeholders
• Provide Calendar of Commitment (CoC) updates to Product Governance team regularly
• Review and verify the accuracy of the time entered including verification of Planned Capacity vs Actual time sheet booked
• Follow up and ensure there is no Missing Time sheet
• Provide support to DMs for any action closure from the review meetings
• We follow the SDLC (Requirements, Estimation, and Technical design, Test Plan, Coding, Model, Testing, KHD, Regression, Release and Closure) to deliver the projects
• Completed certification in PSM (Professional Scrum Master)

• Assortment participation in Current Organization (DXC):
• Gathering the requirements for the infrastructure projects by having calls with client, account leads through waterfall model
• Understanding the customer requirements along with the SME’s and creating the SOW
• Defining and documenting the scope, out of scope, dependencies, third party components, Testing parameters, Acceptance criteria of the project deliverables and delivery milestones
• Creating WBS to capture the effort spent for the particular project and estimating the pricing and the margin through the rate cards
• Creating & continuously monitoring the project management plan (Actual vs Planned)
• Making sure all the assigned task to the vendors are closed within the given SLA
• Frequently updating the status of the project to the Internal and External stakeholders
• Conducting solution walkthrough to confirm the agreed requirements with the customer and respective stakeholders
• Expert in handling Escalations and reaching the right team to provide a solution
• Assigning correct resources for the assigned work in project by contacting the concern team
• Managing the change requests according to the change control board
• Dashboard preparation and weekly status update on the projects
• Finding the opportunity and driving it to delivery led growth.

• Expert in end to end Delivery Management of various Vodafone fixed network products and technologies through waterfall model
• Plan, direct and co-ordinate the team activities to delivering the projects till the final operational stage
• Determines monitors and review all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, resources and risk
• Effectively manage order deliveries on time for customer orders using the designated provisioning systems and processes
• Good experience in handling escalations and expedite orders and Maintaining Reports on daily basis and sending to the Client

• Experience in MS-Excel, Formulas as working on multiple reports
