Drove Tech Debt reductions efforts including driving organization teams to stay in compliance to the IT Cloud strategy to move applications to Intel could DB platform (DBaaS – Database As service) and container as service platforms (CaaS) across Demand to Revenue Applications, saving multi-million dollars in server licensing cost and enabling code movement to latest technical stack.
Solidify Enterprise Tier1 BCDR and Security program: program managed DR runs for 10 BOS TIER 1 Apps., worked with close to 35+ team members across multiple applications development and support teams to successfully complete the drill with compliance to ORC standards.
All business and mission critical Apps were certified to have seamless DR failover systems with the Enterprise Resiliency: RTO = 0; RPO = 15 mins.
EAM to AGS migration: program managed this ONE IT effort and enabled the seamless migration of 40+ Apps in the BOS portfolio comprising of about 1160 entitlements, requiring 200+ training setups, 500+ manual conflicts configured, 20 new certifications set up in Intel My learning portal, impacting close to 7000 users to Access Governance System (AGS) successfully.
This effort also included collaboration with product team to enhance & enable new features, highlighted product BUGS, ensured the tool capability met Intel SOX & legal compliance standards.
Seamless Infrastructure management: no major downtimes and business disruptions, 0 MI in 2017 from platform operations team: I successfully oversaw all infrastructure related impacts though out the year and met all SOX & security standards, standing up to stakeholder expectations.
Ensuring upstream and downstream impacts to platforms are intercepted and requirements & developments are managed centrally thru a horizontal team.
Successfully leading & managing a multiple talented teams consisting of committed individuals whose core responsibilities are to maintain almost 100% server uptimes to 45+ path to production servers, stay up to date with security patches & protect data from external & internal vulnerabilities, ability to bring up servers on demand within set SLAs in case of any disaster.
Ability to intercept all upstream data impacts to our platform and drive horizontal projects successfully with strong collaboration with partner teams without impacting critical finance & revenue cycles quarterly & yearly.

Common Architecture (CA) platform upgrade to SQL SERVER 2014: This common platform hosts 25+ DSS Applications with an enterprise user base of 3k+.
The process involved all phases of PLC including costing, procurement, uninterrupted TCM for critical applications, business processes and business users, Automation of server build & sync-up processes.
This upgrade was executed maintaining the existing technical stack and bringing in latest technical & architectural capabilities like High Availability, Real time DR Server sync, seamless failover between primary, secondary & DR servers, along with efficient server monitoring & management tools.
The transition was executed flawlessly with no business disruptions to upstream and downstream dependent systems.
The stabilization & exit was achieved well ahead of planned schedule much to the delight of stakeholders.

MYBI portal is a secured platform for reports for the enterprise that offers self service capabilities.
This tool agnostic platform has capabilities to integrate and consume reports published on any BI platforms like MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Cognos, SSRS, Excel and many more.
I worked as a Product Owner for this Portal and was responsible for Capability Roadmap Management / Stakeholder Management / Vendor Management / Project Management for capability explorations and delivery.
My role also demanded conceiving and executing on strategies to help proliferate MyBI portal to wider user base across the enterprise.
Key Accomplishments: Managed smooth ownership transition to GAR teams and sustain the set KTBR goals.
Manage Klipfolio licensing model change and Influence movement to POR tools like BOBJ BI or MS BI.
Worked with Klipfolio team in assessing the right licensing model & cost that suits our current need.
Drove user groups meetings to educate and facilitate transition plans to POR tools.

Business Objects BI Project Manager responsible for all phases of PLC for a critical IT program which resulted in saving of $2.7M USD in licensing support costs by successfully conversion of 1800+ MicroStrategy reports, 1300+ enterprise users, to Business Objects BI platform.
Key Responsibilities included: Overall Project Management / Vendor Management / Stakeholder Management along with Technical Requirements / Design / Planning / Execution / Delivery / Transition / Cost / Time Management.
Key Accomplishments: Successfully managed conversion and delivery of over 1200+ Micro strategy Reports spanning larger, complex reports in critical Business areas of Intel.
These reports were delivered through multiple projects involving phases.
These conversion waves were completed in 3- quarters where the original projects had taken multiple years to complete.
Managed the delivery of completely new feature to BOBJ reports called the 'write back'.
Worked in partnership with one of the other platform teams to finalize requirements and manage the expectation of the end users.
The capability and converted reports were delivered ahead of schedule.

Lead a horizontal team of professionals whose responsibilities include planning, analyzing, designing, coding, Testing, Optimizing and delivery of enterprise wide ETL applications.
Key Accomplishments: EDW tech lead: SAP Platform: Order to Cash: An Enterprise Data Warehouse program with a scope of over 500+ objects, touching across 160+ downstream applications involving 95,000 MSTR reports.
This complex IT program involving movement of capabilities from the legacy environments to the Net Weaver platforms.
The program had enormous scope and was executed in phased deployments.
I lead the effort in delivering of multiple releases flawlessly spanning across 2+ years.
I successfully worked with SAP deployment lead to create a detailed implementation project Gantt outlining the 72 hr. cutover window activities in detail, which included breaking the team to work in shifts for 24x7 activities.
I was also responsible for managing all activities during the crucial 72hr cutover window, which involved critical dependent activities like handling Autosys jobs, completing EDW Migrations, Complete 98 conversions in various subject areas and prepare data layer for DSA consumption.
These tasks also involved aligning and working multiple stakeholders like Teradata SE, DBA, CRM, DW Mgmt. and KTBR groups.
We stuck to the plan during cutover and outperformed the downtime estimates and we are able to resume transactions almost over eight hours ahead of schedule.
I analyzed and documented detailed object level project scope and understood various all critical environment details which never existed before with support groups, which helped project stakeholders, clearly understand the project scope thus gaining their strong partnership and confidence.
Played a key role as SME in the EOL of DWNW environment and successfully worked on movement of various DWNW applications to EDW like Buyer Planner / Supply Chain Analytics / ICSD etc.
I also took up a lead position in analyzing and reengineering the EDW process.
He worked with ETL governance team & the re-engineering team to document and participated actively in all discussion to optimize and evolve different process that currently exists in EDW.
He also developed the next level design and code review ETL processes, which would significantly enhance the quality of deliverables landing in the EDW environment.

I was focused on application development and manage an outsourcing team of developers.

Optimizing SCRIPT-625 process, the processing time was brought down from an avg. execution time of 12 hr. execution time to just about 15 mins.
SM Retrofit Project – Designed testing strategy for testing EDW data in dev environment for SM Planning Applications successfully planned and complete development of new forecast pass process and EOL of JDE Enterprise Planning batch process with resulted in a total savings of $200K.
