  • Solidify Enterprise Tier1 BCDR and Security program: program managed DR runs for 10 BOS TIER 1 Apps., worked with close to 35+ team members across multiple applications development and support teams to successfully complete the drill with compliance to ORC standards.
  • All business and mission critical Apps were certified to have seamless DR failover systems with the Enterprise Resiliency: RTO = 0; RPO = 15 mins.
  • EAM to AGS migration: program managed this ONE IT effort and enabled the seamless migration of 40+ Apps in the BOS portfolio comprising of about 1160 entitlements, requiring 200+ training setups, 500+ manual conflicts configured, 20 new certifications set up in Intel My learning portal, impacting close to 7000 users to Access Governance System (AGS) successfully.
  • This effort also included collaboration with product team to enhance & enable new features, highlighted product BUGS, ensured the tool capability met Intel SOX & legal compliance standards.

  • This tool agnostic platform has capabilities to integrate and consume reports published on any BI platforms like MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Cognos, SSRS, Excel and many more.
  • I worked as a Product Owner for this Portal and was responsible for Capability Roadmap Management / Stakeholder Management / Vendor Management / Project Management for capability explorations and delivery.

  • I successfully worked with SAP deployment lead to create a detailed implementation project Gantt outlining the 72 hr. cutover window activities in detail, which included breaking the team to work in shifts for 24x7 activities.
  • I was also responsible for managing all activities during the crucial 72hr cutover window, which involved critical dependent activities like handling Autosys jobs, completing EDW Migrations, Complete 98 conversions in various subject areas and prepare data layer for DSA consumption.
  • These tasks also involved aligning and working multiple stakeholders like Teradata SE, DBA, CRM, DW Mgmt. and KTBR groups.
  • We stuck to the plan during cutover and outperformed the downtime estimates and we are able to resume transactions almost over eight hours ahead of schedule.
  • I analyzed and documented detailed object level project scope and understood various all critical environment details which never existed before with support groups, which helped project stakeholders, clearly understand the project scope thus gaining their strong partnership and confidence.
  • Played a key role as SME in the EOL of DWNW environment and successfully worked on movement of various DWNW applications to EDW like Buyer Planner / Supply Chain Analytics / ICSD etc.
