• Own and manage the entire Investigations and Regulatory Reporting tools for the Compliance Platforms
• Responsible for working with the investigations operations team to identify gaps, automation opportunities and user experience improvements.
• Work across PayPal's organizations including Payments, Risk, Infrastructure to ensure that the right product strategy including Data usage and Long Term Vision
• Manage 4 scrum teams, each consisting of 4 Dev and 1 QA.

Recent achievements include:

• Build and Roll out of Customer 360 product across Risk and Compliance which led to deprecation of around 30 tools that our investigators were using and also paved way for savings of $1.2M a year on external licenses.
• Onboarded Brand Risk Management as a domain into our investigations portfolio
• Data integration across all PayPal subsidiaries streamlined to ensure single source of truth and error free regulatory submissions.
• Awarded Heroes of PayPal for 2020.

• Managed the deprecation of a legacy 3rd party filing platform and created the new Regulatory Filing platform for PayPal's compliance reporting needs with FinCEN onboarding.
• Piloted a data aggregation platform called Case File for all of PayPal's investigative data needs.
• Laid the foundational build outs for PayPal's proprietary Data Search and Indexing algorithm.
• Managed 2 scrum teams
• Deeply involved in PayPal's chennai site's innovation lab activities.

Joined the company as a Sr. Software Engineer, took up product management post 3 months to fill certain gaps. Expanded the role into a full fledged design and product management role. Towards the end of my work here, also took up additional responsibility as an Engineering head.

Led a team of 1 Product Manager, 1 UI/UX designer, 2 front end engineers and 6 Backend Engineers. The team focused on building scalable systems to solve current problems in Hiring. I was also responsible for coming up with Broad Level Product Specifications, System Architecture, Designing and Reviewing UI/UX designs, overseeing development activities and ensuring that the product achieves product market fit.

The company raised its initial seed of 500K from HR Funds, India and The company has since shutdown as we were unable to raise our series A in time.

• Responsible for building enterprise data crawlers and scrapers for Amazon's pricing and promotions team.
• Built a fully configurable decision engine to automate Amazon's pricing during peak holiday season.
• Worked with operations to identify automation opportunities and improve ops experience.
• Managed a team of 3 software engineers tasked with similar automation responsibilities.

• Handled a team of 8 junior automation engineers along with piloting a dev ops team within the Pricing and Promotions Team of Amazon.com.
• Worked on North America and China sites for Amazon's pricing teams
• Hands-on development activity
• Working closely with other Technology teams to leverage their systems for Pricing and promotions
• Setting up infrastructure for pricing engines
• Broke down and evaluated user problems, using test scripts, personal expertise and probing questions.

As a part of the Operations Team (Pricing and Promotions), It was my responsibility to provide timely and accurate pricing suggestions for Amazon.fr along with data collation and reporting.
