Manage MES projects to streamline production workflows, data collection, traceability, and reporting. Drive Industry 4.0 adoption including IoT integration, data analytics, machine learning applications, and cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with IT, operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure seamless system integration and cybersecurity compliance. Define system requirements, architecture, and technical specifications aligned with operational needs. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external suppliers and contractors for system upgrades and implementations. Analyze existing products, parts, or assemblies to capture accurate dimensions and functional characteristics using CAD tools. Reconstruct detailed 3D CAD models and engineering drawings from physical components or assemblies. Evaluate and improve existing designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to integrate reverse-engineered parts into production or product development. Conduct tolerance analysis, material assessment, and functional testing on reverse-engineered components. Maintain detailed documentation of reverse engineering processes, design changes, and technical specifications. Support troubleshooting and redesign activities for obsolete or unavailable parts. Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and company confidentiality policies during reverse engineering activities. Stay updated on latest reverse engineering tools, software, and industry best practices. Provide technical support for prototyping, tooling, and production based on reverse-engineered designs.

Design and develop special purpose machines (SPMs) from concept through to manufacturing and commissioning. Analyze customer requirements and translate them into detailed machine design specifications. Create 2D and 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation using tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or CATIA. Select appropriate materials, components, and automation systems for the design. Perform stress analysis, tolerance analysis, and other engineering calculations to ensure machine reliability and safety. Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with standards. Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate innovations into designs.
