• Currently working as Instrumentation Project Head at Kutch copper Limited, world's largest Copper smelter of 1 MTpa production, involved in complete life cycle of project. Being involved in the complete life cycle of a project execution phase is both challenging and rewarding.
• Implemented best practices in documentation management systems that improved efficiency, accessibility, and security of project-related information.
• Facilitated clear communication between internal departments, ensuring all parties remained aligned on goals throughout the duration of each project.
• Developed comprehensive project plans that clearly outlined objectives, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics for all stakeholders.
• A major accomplishment was that the entire budget for instrumentation was performed at 80% of the allocated expenses, resulting in a large budget decrease.

However, through precise planning, effective risk management, collaborative teamwork, and a first-time-right mindset, you can ensure that such projects are executed efficiently and safely, minimizing errors and delays.

The timely completion of the Pastefill project has had a major influence on Hindustan Zinc Limited's production figures.

• Was instrumental in the coordination of infrastructure projects with government authorities, including the construction of a sewage treatment facility and the sliding of a railway.

• Instrumental in reporting to CEO of KCM
• Managed cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
• Oversaw projects from the surface to the Konkola copper mines, the deepest and wettest in the world.
• Has a variety of experience working with subordinates and people from South Africa, Zambia, and India.
• Significant accomplishment reported to the C.E.O. of KCM, Zambia. had a great deal of tough experience with confidentiality and high management judgments.

• Contributed as a core member to the completion of all I&C-related activities for two zinc smelters with a capacity of 210,000 TPA, one located in Chanderiya, India, and the other in Dariba, India.
• In addition to I&C activities, I served as a project manager for the Horizontal Belt Filter and Jarofix section.
• Over the course of four years, I was responsible for the commissioning of two plants and the completion of flow data sheets and plant layouts.
• Making Horizontal Belt Filer outlet water soluble zinc at a world benchmark of 0.1 % W/S zinc is a significant accomplishment.
