Roles And Responsibilities

Handling – Food and Beverage Service Operations: Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, note any daily menu features. Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies. Preparing and serving the beverages on time as per the sop’s including mixing cocktails and pouring beer and wine. Highly maintain the working area clean. and always well stocked as per the occupancy forecasts. Utilizing expertise in mixing ,blending, shaking and serving alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks beverages, creating signature drinks and familiar with different types of spirits. Managing the Inventory’s and stock of the bar efficiently and accurately, Maintaining all the beverages on First in First out(FIFO)procedures and labelling them accordingly. Following opening and closing checklists and performed daily inventory audits and weekly products and supply orders. Performed opening and closing process including locking up and cleaning of bar equipment, and preparing and requesting the bar orders for the next business day to ensure having a smooth operation and handovers from shift to shift. Organizing trainings for team of Bartenders and waiters to make them understand and having knowledge on all the beverages from the menu. Ensuring up selling of wines, food, and loyalty products to maximize venue yield and increase the sale.
