Title : Enhancing OpenEMR Functionality for Healthcare Management Objective

To customize and optimize OpenEMR, an open-source electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management software, to meet specific business requirements for healthcare providers. The goal was to streamline clinical workflows, improve interoperability, and enhance reporting capabilities while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, the following tasks were undertaken:

 Requirement Gathering:
Conducted stakeholder interviews with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to understand their needs.
Documented functional and non-functional requirements for EMR customization.
 Gap Analysis:
Analyzed the existing OpenEMR setup to identify gaps in functionality compared to stakeholder needs.
