Perform physical and mechanical property testing, including thickness, WVTR (Water Vapor Transmission Rate), OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate), tensile strength, and optical clarity measurements
Inspect raw materials and in-process production samples to ensure adherence to specifications
Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns, troubleshoot defects, and implement corrective actions
Maintain and update documentation for quality control processes, including reports and certifications
Train team members on quality standards and testing procedures
