• Handling Leela Palace-Bangalore, The Five star hotel, dismantling the existing below machine room elevators and installing a New Gen2 Elevators compraising 18 units.
• Handling SAP India Pvt Ltd-Bangalore, Comprising 11 units with destination controll system.
• Handling Infosys Limited-Bangalore, Corporate office comprising 12 units -Retaining Car,Cwt rail in position and installing glass door and cabin with new controller to achieve customer asthetic and performance requirements.
• Handling Park west by Shapoorji Pallonji - Bangalore, A high rise residential apartment comprising 3 units retaining entrance in position and modernising from 13P to 17P capacity with 1.75MPS to 2MPS apeed.
• Handling L&T-Module x-Mysore, Having 5 units doing floor extension works.
• Handled a project Krishna Nagar Apartment compraising 5 units ,Retained Car,Cwt rail in position with car and counter frame,modernised to belt technology from conventional rope system with Gen2 motor and controller.
• Handled a project National Games Village-Bangalore, Modernised 2 speed elevator with VVVF drive to acheive smooth stoping, Leveling accuracy and smooth door operation with minimal power consumption.
• Handled Hindalco Industries Limited-Belgaum, dismantled the lift installed in 1968,retained Counter rails in position modernised 1000Kg capacity into 1224Kg with Dust proof Equipments.
• Handled Ultra Tech Cement – Thadipatri, Modernised the 112 meter high rise goods elevator provided dust proof equipments with VVVF drive to attain the smooth stoping and leveling accuracy.
• Handled Baba Automic Research Centre ( BARC ) – Mysore, Modernised the front and rear door 2.5 ton goods elevator provided new car and landing gates with VVF drive controller.
• Handled Prestige Ferroz-Bangalore, Modernised high rise elevator to Increasing the speed from 1.5MPS to 1.75MPS by providing new car and governor with Gen2 Motor adding 2 floors.
• Handled the Project Wipro Limited-Bangalore Head Corporate Office, provided Destination Controll system with Regen Drive and motor , which had reduced the traffic by 30%, comprised 6 units.
• Handled Hindustan Unilever Limited-Mysore, Hindustan Unilever Limted-Hosur,Nestle India Limited-Mysore,where Installed and handed over the Dustproof equipments with vertical Byparting door in Indusrial Goods elevators.
• Handled many single units modernised to Manual to Auto door retained the existing motor with rope and Car and Cwt rails in position.
• Handled 25 plus units of floor extension jobs, adding landings to top or bottom to the existing lift .
