  • Worked on evaluating next-gen wireless residential gateways, which interoperate with IoT clients to achieve smart home/whole home Wi-Fi mesh networks with pod extenders within subscriber premises.
  • This has been achieved using open stack software on gateways and the latest cloud-native platforms, using Plume's OpenSync cloud (legacy systems involved Auto Configuration Server (ACS)) for provisioning and management of CPEs.
  • Worked on a Big Data platform, performing data collection, analytics of gateways, and subscriber devices connected to it to provide higher visibility, security, and control to subscribers.
  • The current systems are self-provisioned, self-healing, and more automated to provide a smarter way of managing the home.
  • Previously worked on the successful certification and deployment of features like Advanced in Home Wireless, the first national rollout of the 802.11ax router within the USA, and also led a team of engineers in certifying and deploying the successful launch of DOCSIS 3.1 eMTAs/CMs nationwide within the US.
  • Worked on the latest Wireless (802.11X), DOCSIS, and Fiber (FTTH) standards, which are capable of providing multi-gigabit tier service to subscribers.
