• Recent experience involves working on mobile apps and cloud-based portals for retail modems and gateways support.
• Currently working on next-gen ECO managed cloud services-based portals designed specifically for MSO operators, spanning device fleet management, configuration, provisioning, subscriptions, and services offering. More focus is on the backend cloud services, but there is also focus on frontend design and development, considering the user UI/UX enhancements. More E2E integration of both frontend and backend services is being offered. More of a R&D project.

• Company Overview: Charter Communications is currently No. 2 cable service providers (MSOs) are among the fastest-growing cable operators in the United States. It's a broadband communications services company, providing video, Internet, and voice services to approximately 26.2 million residential and business customers within the United States.
• Worked on evaluating next-gen wireless residential gateways, which interoperate with IoT clients to achieve smart home/whole home Wi-Fi mesh networks with pod extenders within subscriber premises.
• This has been achieved using open stack software on gateways and the latest cloud-native platforms, using Plume's OpenSync cloud (legacy systems involved Auto Configuration Server (ACS)) for provisioning and management of CPEs.
• Worked on a Big Data platform, performing data collection, analytics of gateways, and subscriber devices connected to it to provide higher visibility, security, and control to subscribers.
• The current systems are self-provisioned, self-healing, and more automated to provide a smarter way of managing the home.
• Previously worked on the successful certification and deployment of features like Advanced in Home Wireless, the first national rollout of the 802.11ax router within the USA, and also led a team of engineers in certifying and deploying the successful launch of DOCSIS 3.1 eMTAs/CMs nationwide within the US.
• Worked on the latest Wireless (802.11X), DOCSIS, and Fiber (FTTH) standards, which are capable of providing multi-gigabit tier service to subscribers.
• Evaluation of these products is done over the next-gen cable modem termination systems (headends) and OLTs (optical line termination), ensuring the configurations, QAM specifications, bandwidth considerations, frequency splits, and other technical aspects are in line with the industry-specified standards.

Comcast services the USA's residential and commercial customers in 40 states and in the District of Columbia.
• Drafting Product and Technical Requirement documents for various features on nodes (AAA, WAGs, etc.). Within the WLAN core network.
• Collaboration with business units, architects, Scrum team, and various vendors/stakeholders for planning and estimation of new features.

• Project comprised certifying DOCSIS3.0 Retail & Data Engineering (Leased/Commercial) Advanced Wireless Gateways / Modems & validating them to be released into the retail/customer market
• This testing had to be undertaken across various CMTS or test environments to check the Cable modem compatibility in different production environments

• Responsibilities involved Design, Development & Testing of VOIP mobile phone client native application built for Android & IOS platforms

• VConverce is a SIP based IMS compliant & RCS compliant mobile VoIP client available for popular mobile & desktop platforms
• This was a totally native application built from scratch and deployed using SDKs
