2. Working with RR Trent 700 assembly and dismantling of modules.

4. Preparation of modular and non-modular components for batch cleaning and batch inspection.

• Currently working with AIR INDIA ENGINEERING SERVICE LTD. As a BASE Maintenance technician from September 2023 to Till Date.

• Working with INDAMER MJETS AIRPORT SERVICES PVT. LTD.As a maintenance assistant (full time employee) for BASE/LINE maintenance from September 2022 to August 2023.

• Working with SHAURYA AERONAUTICS PVT. LTD. As a Jr. Technician for line maintenance from April 2022 to august 2022.

• Working with ORISSA STEVEDORES LTD. (aviation wing) as a Trainee Technician (stipend) on super king air B200 aircraft from October 2020 to March 2022.

PHYSICALLY INVOLVED IN –

• Landing gear replacement in airbus A320 NEO and CEO
• Replacement of engine CFM56-5B, 7B, B&W1100, LEAP-1A.
• Full skilled experience in water wash, foam wash of CFM56-5B and LEAP-1A.
• Recovery and Troubleshooting of hydraulic system (EDP, Electric pump, Filters, PTU, HP/LP Manifold, Reservoir, Accumulator).
• Replacement of Flight control’s SERVO control actuator, RTLU, RTA.
• Replacement of components like THS Actuator, IDG, SLATS, TR actuator-cowl, Air Conditioning packs, Air cycle machine, Valves, Air separation module.
• Recovery of Aircraft lavatory system, replacement of waste and water tank.
• Carrying out Transit, Layover, Weekly, and A-check up to C-check (scheduled and unscheduled) maintenance on 320 family.
• AOG recovery of aircraft in remote stations.
• Phase I, II, III, IV (complete cycle) inspection of SKA B200, Hawker 750,800xp, 850.
• Minor schedule line maintenance.
