• Managing the functionality, performance, and availability of Unified Communications, Streaming, MS teams, Audio Visual, collaboration and video conferencing infrastructure components and applications for the leading client (Pfizer Inc)
• Act as Technical Lead for the deployment and migration of Broadcast & Video services and redesigned UC platform on the production network
• Managed the migration from dedicated hardware to a virtualized infrastructure - CUCM to WebEx cloud migration project
• (Separation of cisco, Poly endpoints from CUCM and registering into Webex Control Hub and integrating with MS teams) Responsible for Evaluating the streaming encoders / AV control systems, streaming software’s and UC devices for high efficiency and proposing new solutions
• Implemented 1000+ new Digital Signage devices (Bright sign encoders) across globally and integrated all devices with cloud platform App space on the client production network
• Deployment of single sign on (SSO) security authentication into the various collaboration tools and Cisco UC products (WebEx control Hub, Vevox, Kollective and updating SSO certificates (SP & IDP) on the cloud platform Implemented the for Microsoft Teams, and Yammer into client production network
• Deployed the CVI integration for all the Video conferencing devices with Microsoft Teams Responsible for network migration activity which involved decommissioning and resetting up of Video infrastructure
• Deployed MS Teams Integration with Cloud WebEx for WebEx meeting
• Responsible for monitoring and tracking incident / change management, performing trend analyses of data to lessen recurring issues in the UC areas and making sure that following the agreed SLA process
• Managing the team of 10 Technical Specialists on their daily BAU operations
• Managing the service delivery process in coordination with a cross functional team and performing UAT with customers for service handover
• Responsible for preparing Engineering plans with solution diagrams and activity steps to be performed in the production environment
• Configuration and deployment of the Poly solutions for Microsoft Teams Rooms Deploying SDWAN, Routers, Switches and Firewall configuration
