Investment Banking Analyst
I operate at the intersection of investment analysis, strategic growth and commercial execution for a multi-product SaaS/IT portfolio. I build investor-grade financials, lead fundraise materials, and run deal-level diligence while owning go-to-market and client delivery for enterprise accounts across SEA, Australia, Canada, and India.
Key contributions
- Financial modeling & valuation: DCF, scenario P&L, unit-economics (CAC / LTV), cohort and ARR forecasting to support fundraising, pricing and M&A decisions.
- Investor materials & storytelling: craft VC-grade pitch decks, investment memoranda, Pitch Deck videos and traction narratives that convert investor interest into term sheet conversations.
- Due diligence & investment cases: perform commercial, market and competitive diligence; build investment theses and downside/upside scenarios for C-suite and VCs.
- Commercial & pre-sales enablement: deliver product demos, translate client requirements into SOWs, and design solution pricing for POS, LMS/EMS, self-ordering and enterprise automation products.
- Market & competitive research: sector benchmarking, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, go-to-market gap assessment and pricing strategy.
- Cross-functional leadership: partner daily with CEO/COO/CMO, product and engineering to align product roadmap with investor asks and revenue goals.
- Global client acquisition & negotiation: manage end-to-end sales cycles and enterprise negotiations; tailor financial and technical proposals for international clients and partners.
