Project: Rollout Project in Novartis

• Designed and implemented roles for various countries and systems slated for go-live.
• Majorly, used Transaction code SUIM and SU01 to check and provide the roles to users. Also, to compare user authorizations.
• Performed Trace activity using T-code ST01, SU53 and STAUTHTRACE to find exact missing authorization objects/fields and made changes in the roles accordingly.
• Role Administration (Role Creation/Modification) using T-code PFCG as per the requirement from the business with proper business justifications and approvals.
• Worked with Functional teams to troubleshoot complex access issues.

Project: BAU Security (Support Team) in Reckitt Benckiser

• Proficiently handled User Administration tasks, including the creation, maintenance, and deletion of user accounts, as well as the assignment of roles.
• Managed user login parameters and password parameters to ensure secure access and data protection.
• Utilized T-codes such as SU01, SE16, SUIM, SU10, SM37, SA38 and SM30 for user administration and system monitoring.
• Monitored Sensitive access, profiles, users and Background jobs within SAP systems to ensure adherence to security policies.
• Managed and resolved RITMs (Request for IT Services) and Incidents efficiently as an SAP Security and GRC consultant within the ServiceNow platform.

Project: Data Migration in Reckitt Benckiser

• Contributed to a Data Migration project involving the migration of on-premises SAP systems to Azure cloud environment.
• Performed sanity checks, tested GRC and security functionalities to ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical functions post-migration.
• Utilized SE16, SU10, and NWBC T-codes extensively.
• Conducted Quality Assurance (QA) testing in HP ALM environment to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the migrated data.
