• Prestige Cyber Green A & B Block, Smart City Kochi (Base Building - HVAC & Electrical), Joined during final stages of the project, assisted in coordination, execution, and documentation. Handed over both blocks, each comprising 8 floors.
• Lulu IBM Phase 1 & 2 (CBRE Project), Infopark Kochi, Coordinated 4 floors of electrical works and supported MEP coordination with other service vendors. Ensured timely delivery within strict deadlines.
• Embassy Taurus Technzone, Technopark Phase 3 (Base Building - Electrical), Managed documentation and handover during final stages. Completed electrical execution of Embassy Cafeteria after building handover as supplementary project.
• Shutdown Project - Prodair Air Products, Kochi, Led shutdown inspection and testing activities. Ensured safe execution and timely restoration of operations.
• Thermal Analysis of Vertical Green Facades, Simulated energy efficiency benefits of vertical green walls. Demonstrated temperature reduction (1.6C to 3.6C) through facade cooling. The project was conducted during Btech final year. The project was carried out at college premises and the desired temperature was achieved .The Project was awarded with an A+ grade.
