• Prestige Cyber Green A & B Block, Smart City Kochi (Base Building - HVAC & Electrical), Joined during final project stages, assisted in coordination, execution, and documentation. Handed over both blocks, each comprising 8 floors.
• Lulu IBM Phase 1 & 2 (CBRE Project), Infopark Kochi, Coordinated 4 floors of electrical works and supported MEP coordination with other service vendors. Ensured timely delivery within strict deadlines.
• Embassy Taurus Technzone, Technopark Phase 3 (Base Building - Electrical), Managed documentation and handover during final stages. Completed electrical execution of Embassy Cafeteria after building handover.
