project business after fighting a hard competition. High Gross Profit Margin 26% achieved through followed by better project
management techniques such as right selection of suppliers, hard negotiations with material suppliers and solid
follow ups / monitoring on day to day bases.

Description - Led the project in installation and conditioning of new plant machinery, utility equipments coordinated with multiple
OEM suppliers, contractors , material suppliers and done negotiation with them for cost, timely delivery. Cost saved
0.5 Mn GBP through suggestion given in design change and equipment selection. Successfully achieved target dead
line given by top management.

Description - There was high energy cost in painting shop, analyzed the problems and made a complete project plan.
Installed 35 nos A.C drives and Electrical panels on 3 phase induction motors used in Paint Shop exhaust fans which helped
energy saving of 37,000 GBP per annum for company Honda Motors.

Description - Headed a Lean manufacturing project in CNC machine shop. There were high production losses in this line, studied
the complete line and implemented the lean techniques like better 5, of machines, manpower optimization by
clubbing of operations, implemented better predictive and time based maintenance practices of machines.
Converted this unhealthily production line to model line of the plant and saved the cost 0.5 Mn GBP.
