• Planning, implementing & monitoring of SLA’s, SOP’s, quality standards for smooth functioning of regional operation and KPI control and management.
• Implementing various techniques to maximize the gross profit margins of customer wise business as per targets. Analysis the costing data of all the customer sites to achieve the OPEX targets.

Team Management:

• Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets
• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters troubleshooting skills, development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.

• Led the Business Development strategies and enhanced the business revenue from GBP 2 Mn to GBP 12.5 Mn in last 5 years.
• Cost Savings of 10,500 GBP achieved through implementing various OPEX control steps in last one year.
• Successfully added new customers and implemented World Class maintenance systems at different OEM’s like JCB, Metso, Bosch, Suzuki, Avery Dennison and Hero Moto Corp. Asian Paints, Siemens.
• Achieved Zero Accident Status for 5 years by developing Safety Methodology to consistently focus on awareness trainings, self-audits and individual participation at customer sites.
• Administered a wide gamut of tasks for set up business in a new region. Add variety of new customers of different industrial sectors like Auto, Food & Beverages, Chemical, Paint, Construction Equipment etc.

• Heading the Maintenance & New Projects of Two OEM Plants of Minda Group located at Haryana (India); Leading, coordinating and supervising 40+ engineering personnel to assure preventive maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical), breakdown repair, safety awareness, new project implementation and equipment maintenance and complete within budget.
• Planning, developing and implementing new methods and procedures to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of machine, men & material.
• Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities. Planning the installation of new machines and equipment within deadlines given by management
• Work closely with top and senior management, besides interfacing with the cross functional team across organization..
• Promote quality-driven, best practice environment by heading Utilities, Pressure die casting machines, CNC M/c shop, Weld Shop, Assembly shop & Paint shop.

• Headed the Technical Service Department of 30+ technical staff for high end Engineering Engine Diagnostic products being installed at all major AUTOMOBILE OEM’s all around the country.
• Make effort to maximize the service revenues through sales of AMC, CAMC and product spares for engineering products.
• Provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
• Analyze the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX on regular intervals within team and take appropriate steps for improvements.
• Provide internal and customer trainings on high end engineering products.
• Make technical recommendations to R&D teams on which new technologies need to invest or design modifications to be done.

• Team member of Project Management team in new projects of Installation and Commissioning of plant machinery in the Paint shop, Assembly line, and Engine plant.
• Handling Maintenance operations of CNC Machine shop, Machine Automation Products (PLC, Instrumentation, Robotics).
• Managed in-house electronics repair lab, and executed repair of various electronics products and carts
• Involved in implementation of Maintenance Management System at the department level.
