- Looking after procurement of PACKING TRIMS, Cooperative Sheet, Follow up / Cartons and Inventory Management and service vendor Service orders negotiation with the Service providers.
- Daily PR review and convert in PO in same day.
- Daily PO review and date confirmation from Vendor maintain master file (SO wise, Del. Date wise)
- Daily Rejection report update and arrange replacement, discuss daily basis. (entire lot rejection by TSD in store or floor rejection) Shortage / excess report prepare and make further process (store and floor shortage).
- Monitoring the performance of suppliers as per percentage for rejection, quality improvement rate, timely delivery & credit terms through strategic sourcing, localization and vendor managed inventory
- Looking after the Ancillary vendors Inventory and their schedule of dispatches to meet our requirement.
- Communication with Warehouse, Production and PPC (Production planning Control) for the necessary requirement based on their MRP (Material Requirement Plan).
- New Product development of Trims by introducing new suppliers in to the system.
- MIS (Management information system) related to the procurement.
- Cartons field work-visiting plants for the urgent requirement of Cartons and arrange their schedule of dispatches as per our requirement of urgent shipments etc.
- Inventory ageing and non-working inventory send back to suppliers.
