With 27 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations across retail, consumer durables, telecom, and healthcare sectors, I have successfully managed revenues exceeding INR 2000 cr and led a team of 14+ hospitals. In my current role I am based in Gurugram and I am responsible for developing short and long-term strategies for our brand, integrating multiple hospitals, structuring the Sales and Marketing department, and leading initiatives in organ transplants and Centers of Excellence. Additionally, I oversee consultant recruitment, international business development, and automation efforts for patient engagement, call center operations, digital initiatives, website management, and OP to IP conversions. By orchestrating these endeavors meticulously, I consistently achieve targeted EBITDA and revenue growth as outlined in our Annual Operating Plan.
