The core team's crucial involvement has been instrumental in positioning Marengo Asia Hospitals as a national healthcare brand.

In my 13 years of experience in healthcare I have worked across 35 hospitals across various geographies like Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Delhi, Hyderabad, Vizag, Bhubaneshwar, Raipur, Raigarh, Dehradun, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Bhuj and Jodhpur.

  • Responsible for developing short and long-term strategies for our brand, integrating multiple hospitals, structuring the Sales and Marketing department, and leading initiatives in organ transplants and Centers of Excellence.
  • Responsible for consultant recruitment, international business development, and automation efforts for patient engagement, call center, digital initiatives, website, and OP to IP conversions.

Accomplishments

Healthcare has been a good move for me.

I joined healthcare at Fortis Hospitals , Navi Mumbai, a 138 bed PPP model with 20 % reserved for govt. patients.

In 2 years i doubled the revenue and was the only unit to achieve the budget of FY. 15.and was promoted as Regional Head S&M and moved to Delhi NCR to head 11 hospitals and the major portion of the Fortis Group.

On consolidation the revenue in march 2016 was 124 cr and reached 174 cr PM by Q2 2017. Have been promoted again for this.

I consider my biggest achievement to have joined Dr Raajiv Singhal as a member founding team to launch the Marengo Asia Hospitals platform in Dec 2020. Was instrumental in creating the brand and proud to see the platform to have 2000 + beds and a revenue of 1000 cr + within 4 years of launch and having 8 hospitals.
