Identify any potential risks associated with the shutdown and take appropriate measures to mitigate them
Ensure all the safety protocol and HIRAC followed during production
Monitored progress and resolved any issues that arose during the shutdown period
Conducted post-shutdown evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the shutdown planning process and identify areas for improvement
Ensure that all necessary documentation is developed and stored appropriately, using SAP
This includes all pre-post shutdown documentation, standard work packages, calibration certification, test record and reports
Ensure High-end product quality maintained at top casting speed
Verify monthly production plan as per production target given.
Identified section KPIs and created measurement mechanism to track operations efficiency
Managed project technical, schedule and cost risk factors to facilitate completion while minimizing negative outcomes
