- Reporting to Fixed Equipment Front Line Supervisor.
- Supervise a team of 10 plant inspectors and execute plant specific inspections plans, business tasks, and ensure timely deliverance of reports in compliance with ExxonMobil's inspection documents such as EDD, GIP, IESM.
- Carry out inspection planning for piping, storage tankages and statutory equipment's as per ExxonMobil standards and ensuring API 570/API 653 compliance.
- Provide yearly inspection for SCDF tankages and execute the inspection site using the team.
- Update RBI inspection Equipment walkdown data into CREDO and PESTRA for developing equipment strategy.
- Ensuring 3rd party contractor's performance on activities related to inspection, NDT testing are compliance with Company's requirements of applicable codes, standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Review & Witness UT/MFL/PT/MT/PMI/PAUT reports from vendors and make necessary corrective actions if found unacceptable.
- Internal coordination with Engineering Section, Maintenance section and other refinery departments to provide support for equipment repair/replacement programs.
- Support planning and execution for long range inspection programs during major Shutdowns and Turnarounds.
- Scheduling & planning man hours for weekly tasks of plant inspectors as per inspection scope.
- Update weekly task execution status in refinery wide meetings and ensure the yearly pre planned S-curve graph is meeting the actual plan.
- Maintained effective inspection data management system including periodic updates helping quality RCFA of in-service failures.
- Conduct Loss Prevention Stewardship meetings for plant inspectors and technicians to ensure technical & Safety compatibility.
- Provide on-site assistance during failure investigations including repair and restoration of service to maintenance team.
- Turn around and shut down experience
- Jurong Plant TA 2023: Lead and participated in Turn around activities of D400 A/B/C Furnace & Heaters. Executed Decoking of the heater tubes and ensured internal cleanliness of the tube making it free from cokes.
- Technical knowledge in conventional and advanced NDE Methods such UT/PT/MPT/PMI/PAUT/MFL and HOMC.
- In depth knowledge in providing project Quality Control and Quality assurance.
- Simultaneously coordinated site execution of intelligent pigging for each tube to ensure correct gathering of thickness data for evaluating tube integrity.
- OVL2 Shutdown 2023: Lead and participated the shutdown inspection activities at OVL2 Marine Berth for fender replacement which includes the scope of piles inspections too.
- Coordinated the repair and quality control activities for equipment reliability and update the inspection records and with mitigated risk.
- Solvent Tank Farm Piping Painting Program 2022: Inspection coordinator for long range painting program (Pilot Program) for solvent piping that helped to re-strategize the equipment strategy.
- Piping Over Water Inspection Program 2020-2021: Coordinated and supervised a team of 36 Rope Access Inspectors for Marine inspection Program. Successfully Inspected 3000Kms+ Piping and 5 Major Ship Berth using Boat & Rope access inspection method. Reviewed and verified repair scope for Marine piping and simultaneously recording the data to RBI software.
