- Oversee the preparation of financial statements for US mutual funds in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Ensure that the financial statements are accurate, timely, and compliant with all applicable regulations.
- Work with the fund's auditors to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Manage the team's budget and resources.
- Hire, train, and develop team members.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest changes to US GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Devise processes to boost long-term business success and increase profit levels.
- Set, enforce, and optimize internal policies to maintain responsiveness to demands.

- Introduce new methods, practices, and systems to reduce turnaround time.
- Reduce process bottlenecks by training and coaching employees on practices, procedures, and performance strategies.
