  • Managed design, acquisition, installation and startup of $12M equipment package for finishing and waste water treatment operations for new plant startup in Queretaro, Mexico. Coordinated equipment from several international suppliers (Turkey, India, China, Mexico, USA) over a 14 month implementation schedule.

  • Developed strategic operations plans for finishing plants across North America (7 plants). Aligned and implemented consistent process controls, worked to develop and implement TPM (total productive maintenance) plan and identify 3-5 year roadmaps for each facility. (Allegion)
  • Manage engineering and technical aspects of multi-line finishing department with MRO budget of $1.5M. Ultimately responsible for process quality, productivity improvements and capital expenditures for department. Area includes Environmental Engineering and wastewater treatment. (IR)
  • Through extensive use of Lean Six Sigma and other data-driven quality tools, achieved a scrap and rework reduction of 64% and achieved DPM of
  • Project Leader for $4.7M powder paint finishing system. Project included $1.1M building addition as well as $2.3M powder line. Work included developing a cross-functional team to develop scope, design equipment and develop marketing plan to convert facility from solvent-based paint to powder. (IR)
