• Manage engineering and technical aspects of multi-line finishing department with MRO budget of $1.5M. Ultimately responsible for process quality, productivity improvements and capital expenditures for department. Area includes Environmental Engineering and wastewater treatment. (IR)
• Through extensive use of Lean Six Sigma and other data-driven quality tools, achieved a scrap and rework reduction of 64% and achieved DPM of
• Project Leader for $4.7M powder paint finishing system. Project included $1.1M building addition as well as $2.3M powder line.
