- When I first joined Arise I was a customer support rep for Home Depot. I serviced Home Depot involved placing orders, tracking shipments, as well as working with vendors such as Maytag in order to bring a resolution to customer issues. Transitioned to servicing Intuit TurboTax in March 2023 to leverage improved policies and compensation. I started as a Tier 1 agent where I conducted customer support for tax filers that use either the online or desktop systems. My daily tasks involved assisting customers with navigating their tax forms and clearing errors, as well as assisting customers with filing their returns. I provided tech support for online and desktop systems. I did very well, so well in fact. I was promoted to Resolutions desk Supervisor by October, 2023. Handled transfers from Tier 1 agents for unresolved customer issues or supervisor requests. Managed complex level 5 calls as a supervisor, building on experience gained as a Tier 1 agent. However, as a supervisor I was able to conduct follow-up calls which allowed me to stay on a customer's case and maintain communication with them until a resolution was found. Unfortunately, due to legal actions, as of 4/2026 Arise is no longer to service in the state of Indiana.
