• To manage aircraft turn around including weight and balance, special loads, ramp operations, on-board loading including systems, aircraft door operations, weight and balance check-outs for outstation & station coverage, on-board cabin safety and security support, aircraft servicing including potable water, toilet servicing and catering. Ensuring ground handling requirements and standards are met at all times, supervise ground handling agent to ensure that load optimization and load efficiency is achieved, responsible for preparing aircraft weight and balance trim sheet, issuing aircraft loading and unloading instruction, ensure that all aircraft pre-flight security and preparation are carried. Followed all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines while reporting unsafe conditions

Preparing load plan and monitoring ULD buildup, releasing cargo ULD weight to Dubai, checking Dry Operating Weight, monitoring Flight plan, coordinating actual zero fuel, take off and landing fuel weight, rechecking final load sheet, ensure optimum utilization of cargo with maximum revenue , load ability check and coordinating with sales for price quoting. Deal with problems arising such as delays, disruptions, cargo mishandling and transfer of cargo in order to minimize cargo offloading and maximize space utilization, investigate and respond to queries and complaints received from various head office departments/Customers in an efficient and timely manner.

• Daily warehouse inventory checks in all cargo operational areas, locating mishandled shipments and planning for first available flight to destination, issuing damage to shipper/agent or consignee, investigating cargo mishandled cases and other high priority cases,finding correct Airway bill for unlabeled shipments located at HUB, handling emails and queries related to cargo from station worldwide and action on priority ,

• Transport temperature oriented cool containers according to station orders and arrange transportation of these units World-Wide mainly American and European Stations,tracing of missing shipments in the complete World-Wide network of Lufthansa involving more than 300 stations.
