1. Conducted many number of work shop(20 +), seminar (30+) , group discussion(20+), symposium(50+) , role play(40+), drama as a resource person and participant ,medical camp(50 +), blood donation camp(20 +) and college days &lamp lighting program, staff development programme (70 +) etc.

2. Organized 36 webinars as a convenor during lock-down time & at present through inviting various speakers from state & national level.

3. Co-ordinated with management in terms of using various digital tools for implementation of teaching – learning method.

Regularly doing thesis correction for B.Sc ,P.B.SC & M.sc(N) Students for the past 22 years for more than 1000 students . Published many article [ 30+ ] in national and international journal.
