- Company Overview: Shipbuilding Center.
- Developing, coordinating, evaluating, and prioritizing the project plan as per the Project Manager.
- Coordinating with the client (SBC Visakhapatnam) requirements and site conditions, installation of electrical minor and major equipment, and cable terminations with NTD norms.
- Equipment layout and cable layout modification and design issues are resolved by visiting and checking on-board conditions, discussing with the planner on-site, and obtaining customer approval before the equipment is installed.
- Electrical equipment's minor and major changes, OMA (Operating Maintenance Accessibility), interference, and foundations for equipment and cable layout and routing were checked in 3DXML using CATIA. As per customer requirements and layout improvements, modifications were made by checking the changes in the zone model.
- Equipment is coordinated; the coordinates of each piece of equipment are represented in its respective drawing number in 2D layouts using AutoCAD.
- Preparation of production drawings, which comprise HBOM (Hierarchical Bill of Materials).
- Using PLM, the Enovia updated model and drawing were provided for production and inspection for further processes.
- Designed control panels and motor starters utilizing AutoCAD software.
- Created and maintained bills of materials for all electrical components.
