• Preparation of P&ID and PSM documents like MOC and PSSR, etc.

• New facility creation and modification in existing facility for new products and existing products.

• Preparation of equipment mapping and planning to Scale up the Batches of new projects from R&D level to Plant level.

• Reduction of batch time cycle to standard time cycle in production level.

• Set and oversaw quality assurance guidelines for laboratory work.

• Reduction of batch time cycle to standard time cycle in production level.

• Working on Minimization of Solvent losses in Production.

• Preparation of production monthly rolling plan to achieve committed timelines of management to meet customer requirements.

• Monitoring entire Process and coordinating with other departments Like Production, Maintenance, QC, and R&D Departments for new products.

• Maximizing plant occupancy by proper planning and utilization of equipment.

• Ensuring and addressing of budget proposed Vs actual variance which is proposed in operation excellence for commercial products.

• Conducting experiments at PD lab to improve yield and solvent recovery. Preparation of document accordingly.

• Investigating product failures/deviations to take necessary corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitoring the entire Process and coordinating with other departments Like Production, Maintenance, QC, and R&D Departments for new products.

• Escalating the criticalities, deviations, and new observations to plant level by following trail batches and preparation of trail batch BPCR.

• Conducting experiments at PD lab to improve yield and solvent recovery. Preparation of document accordingly.

• Preparation of production monthly rolling plan to achieve committed timelines of management to meet the customer requirements.

• Ensure raw material availability and man power to maintain smooth work flow.

• Monitoring the entire Process and coordinating with other departments Like Production, Maintenance, QC, and R&D Departments for new products.

• Cost Estimation of the new projects.

• Preparation of equipment mapping and planning to Scale up the Batches of new projects from R&D level to Plant level.

• Piping and instrumentation modifications as per process requirement.

• Reduction of batch time cycle to standard time cycle in production level.

• Working on the time cycle reduction.

• Coordinate with cross functional teams for mapping / modification of facility and scheduling the batches.

• Preparation of Yield and solvent reports from SAP.

• Investigating product failures/deviations to take necessary corrective and preventive actions.

• Troubleshooting to ensure that the processes are robust.
