Overall, I have over 12 years of experience across different projects in order management, customer master data, exception billing in the OTC domain, and master data management in the RTR domain.

Project 1 - Pitney Bowes

• Lease, rental, sale order processing, and PO creation.
• Getting the details from SFDC from the salesperson, and creating the business partner, payer, and customer number.
• Creating multilocation lease orders, clearing the IDoc that has been stuck due to duplication or some technical error.
• Tools and software used: Web Extender, SFDC, and SAP CRM.

Project 2 - FedEx

• Worked on VAT and duty billing for the customer invoices as per the Incoterms.
• Clearing 1,500 errors per day for the order that got stuck due to some system errors.
• Daily volume allocation for all the team members, daily, weekly, and monthly reports maintenance.
• Sustained Opex documents, SIPOC, HLPM, FMEA, and 3*3 charts to ensure process stability while managing high volume
• Tools and software used: Mainframe and SAP.

Project 3 - PVH CROP - Data Governance.

• Worked with the data governance team for site and project creation to open the physical stores in the required location.
• I completed a large data analysis and corrected the data using a mass upload with the Innowera tool to keep the metadata clean.
• As per the client's suggestion, I created an Asana form with the required attributes and implemented it successfully to receive the request in the Asana board instead of the mailbox, to avoid missing any emails.
• Tools and software used: Asana, SAP FICO, Jira, and Innowera.

Project 4 - Finance Process Support

• General and bank ledger account creation and maintenance in PFP and PFQ.
• Cost center and profit center creation and maintenance in PFP and PFQ.
• Data extraction for auditing purposes.
• Maintaining reports like IC failing, FX rates, VAT return, and scenario rollout.
• Providing L1 support for finance process and Blackline support process queries, while also working with cross-functional teams to get the required resolution.
• Tools and software used: SAP FICO, Asana, Smart Exporter, Jira, and Blackline.
