• Molina Healthcare contracts with state governments and serves as a health plan, providing a wide range of quality health care services to families and individuals who qualify for government-sponsored programs, including Medicaid and the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP). Molina Health Care provides claims to providers, and members will pay premiums to Molina. We are developing automation for all the manual processes using Impala and Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business model and requirements.
• Worked on various modules, like MRF seed file, CCA data archival, CCA upgrade, and Pega claims audit.
• Involved in various phases of the project: estimation, analysis, design, implementation, and code review.
• Developing and implementing the stored procedures according to client requirements.
• Leading and developing the conversion of multiple SSIS packages to Azure Data Factory pipelines, and developing new pipelines (45+), creating SSIS packages, and scheduler jobs as per the requirements.
  Performance tuning, analysis, and resolution of critical issues.
• Working in the CI/CD pipeline creation, creating Autosys Job SOPs, working with DevOps, and resolving the tickets within the SLA, all while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• FNOL - FNOL is a Windows application/system that handles the FNOL calls.
• Every FNOL call Lynx received, from auto and property triage to workers' compensation, is routed to highly skilled representatives who provide the best possible experience for your customers, all within best-in-class call center service level parameters.

• KickStart, a part of the Dell Easy experience, is intended to enhance the out-of-box experience when using Dell devices.

• The main feature of this KickStart is to register the product device to the corresponding user with respect to the service tag.

• L.A Care would manage its Health Benefit Exchange plans through TriZettoʼs integrated Health Care Product QNXT
• The objective of this project is to provide consulting support for L.A Care to implement their Health Benefit Exchange plans in QNXT.

• It efficiently manages the relationships between the plan and its members, sponsors, and providers, and is flexible enough to allow clients to quickly respond to new business opportunities and changing market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications, coding and testing.
• Handled production issues and enhancements to the existing live project.
• Preparing the deployment guide and provider UAT support.

• Members Portal: It is a web application to maintain members of the public society.
• Intent to add and maintain the members, which contain several modules, like the Members tree and the Responsible tree.
