As a Senior Project controls manager, my scope of work included Baseline development, monthly schedule and Cost Updates, Report packages, Time Impact Analysis for lost time, Earned Value Management for Cost projections, Sub contractor schedule analysis and integration and so on. These projects involve management of multiple General contractor and their subcontractors in extension along with approvals from NAVFAC, USACE, National Park Services and GSA personnel.
