          AEBC (American Express Banking Corporation) India partnered with Fiserv for Card Issuing for migrating their credit cards

to First Vision Platform. Retail Credit cards, Retail Installments and Corporate cards & spend management are major scope

of this project.

Project           : Payment Service Directive 2 (PSD 2)

Application    : Vision plus, Outseer (RSA), Azure DB


Description:

         The Payment Service Directive 2 (PSD2), also known as The Revised Payment Services Directive, is a European regulation

that creates a more open, competitive, and secure payments landscape across Europe. The PSD2 provides requirements for

Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). Strong customer authentication (SCA) is a requirement of the PSD2. It's a

combination of three authentication (SMS, Voice and Mobile app authentication) businesses can use to authenticate a

payment.


Project 3:


Project           : Inbound Debit Card Payment

Client             : NewDay (UK)

Application    : Vision Plus, Postman, Perfecto (mobile application), E-servicing (web application)


Description:

          Inbound Debit Card Payment has introduced the new way to pay the cardholder credit card payment using their debit card.

It provides a multiple payment option to pay the amount like web application and mobile application. Once your debit card

information is accurately entered, review the payment and hit “send.” Your payment should be confirmed immediately by

the card carrier, and the money will debit your debit card account immediately.


Project 4:


Project           : Amazon to HOF Migration

Client             : NewDay (UK)

Application    : Vision Plus, Paragon, Postman, Perfecto (mobile application), E-servicing (web application)


Description:

         The project HOF migration is an existing product in NewDay which is migrated to Pulse MasterCard. Based on the

parameters set-up and Business requirement all the cards functionality has been tested for this migration project. With this

in mind, some tactical solution and manual processes to hit the delivery goals are to be expected. Once the HOF (House of

Fraser) MasterCard migration has been completed. Customer will get notified that their card is going to purged do you want

to continue the journey with NewDay if they wish to continue the ca opt-in by replying back YES then a new PULSE card

will be delivered to customers.

Client Interaction

  • Organizing discussion calls with Business Analyst (BA’s) for functional clarification, Doubts and issues.
  • Raising the queries to business before Execution Kick-starts.
  • Test scenario walkthrough with business.
  • To conduct weekly calls for sync-up and discussions.
  • Creating & sending daily Status and weekly status report on testing health.
  • Giving Heads-up on each and every module readiness before execution in-order to minimize the showstoppers when execution flows.
