Shipping Instructions Filing: Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) to carriers accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
Cargo Clearance Coordination: Work closely with CHAs to ensure timely cargo clearance, VGM filing, and FORM 13 submission.
Invoice & Bill of Lading (BL) Management:
Follow up with carriers for invoices and BL releases while managing terminal invoices effectively.
Vendor Invoicing:Raise vendor invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Damage Control: Handle and address issues related to damaged containers, ensuring swift resolution.
Gate and Terminal Requests: Monitor and approve late gate requests, coordinating with terminals and carriers as needed.
