Strategic Program Management Responsibilities:

· End-to-End Program Oversight: Drive multiple programs from RFQ to SOP, ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams.

· Risk Management & Contingency Planning: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project stability and on-time delivery.

· Strategic Gate Reviews & Process Optimization: Ensure rigorous adherence to APQP milestones while embedding best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

· Integrated Performance Tracking & Reporting: Implement structured program governance, tracking project milestones, cost, quality, and risk status (Green/Yellow/Red).
