- Managed the correct level of Inventory to facilitate the sales of more than 150 Cr. for 'Beverages in Easy Day by ensuring that correct quantity is being ordered to achieve the sales plan and ensuring healthy inventory at all stores and DC of Easy day in sync with the Demand and Forecast.
- Managed ordering of more than 1.6 Lakhs item store combinations by ensuring that orders get created on time as per the requirement of each article at each store as per their respective demand.
- Ensures correct safety stock is being planned for each item to ensure availability and accurate inventory.
- Organizing, monitoring and utilizing the both primary and secondary fleets for inter store transfer and inter DC transfer of stock.
- Coordinates with the category team to ensure proactive planning and execution of promotion/events.
- Coordinates with the DC to ensure timely movement from DC to Stores and by maintain the correct profiles in replenishment system to increase the picking efficiency at DC.
- Managed the vendor base of more than 50 vendors and helping them in developing the new processes to make supply chain more efficient, by sharing the rolling forecast 30/60/90 days to smoothen the supplies & by sharing the fill rate of every article.
- Coordinates with DC team for apt scheduling of critical/Important vendors & Non-moving/NTE items.
