This unique line in India adapts for CSD products as market demand dictates, managed by a team including four engineers and ten operators. Handled the high-speed KRONES Line, responsibilities include safety coordination, maintaining QSE & GMP compliance, optimizing efficiency, scheduling duties and maintenance, and conducting audits and process improvements. Accountable for production records and ensuring high dispatch relative to production, as well as managing OPEX & CAPEX. Additionally, oversees safety measures and compliance with KORE requirements.

I have worked in the production and packaging of Flour, Grain, and Spice products, such as Atta and packed spices, before being promoted to oversee TETRA PACK juices and the Chyawanprash and Honey plant. My responsibilities include scheduling, SAP operations, food safety control, process improvement, auditing, and inventory management. I actively participate in New Product Development (NPD), HACCP process implementation, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for asset optimization, while also acting as a safety coordinator for the plant.

In the production department, I worked on packaging various tea variants for TATA, utilizing VFFS, HFFS, Pick & Fill, and Multi track machines from brands like Nichrome, UFlex and Lindor. After two years, I led the setup and management of a flavored tea project, overseeing production tasks, optimizing resources to meet targets while adhering to quality and safety standards under GMP/GHP. Additionally, I organized production reports and supervised preventive maintenance of machines, implemented HACCP and GMP processes, and addressed customer complaints through corrective actions.
