• Enhanced system scalability by refactoring the architecture, reducing response time by 20% through caching with Redis, and ensuring 99.9% uptime using containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker on Microsoft Azure.
• Integrating third-party system for inventory and sales posting using Kafka .
• Developed a Proof of Concept (POC) to retrieve JioMart orders via voice command on Alexa by integrating the backend APIs with Amazon Alexa.

JioConnect

• Developed and maintained a customer onboarding platform for Jio Telecommunications, utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, with the front-end built in React. The platform facilitated seamless onboarding, recharge, and e-KYC processes.
• Integrated Recharge plans details into the system using JMS queue
• Implemented robust security measures to prevent fraudulent activities, successfully mitigating a potential fraud risk exceeding 20 crore, carried out by agents.
• Integrated security tools such as BlackDuck and Fortify into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure compliance with Information Risk Management (IRM) standards

RPOS

ScanPlus ATM Terminal Security

• Developed a web application with a microservices architecture, using HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for the front-end, and Spring Boot with MySQL and JPA to build RESTful back-end APIs. The application monitors and controls security measures across 100,000+ ATM machines, ensuring compliance with RBI regulations.
• Developed an installable application for ATM machines using Core Java, leveraging object-oriented programming (OOPs) and multithreading concepts, to facilitate communication with the central system over TCP web sockets.
• Coordinated unit testing and deployments of new software feature updates and fixes.

Cyber Security Framework

• Developed a web application for network and system monitoring in banking and corporate environments, designed to detect and prevent data theft and fraudulent activities. Utilized MVC architecture with a tech stack including Spring MVC, Oracle, Hibernate, JSP, and JavaScript
