• Project1: Financial Crime Risk Management (FCC KRI)

Objective: To mitigate Financial Crime Risks by putting relevant controls in place.

• Deliver a globally consistent set of financial crime KRIs which empower the business to actively manage financial crime risks
• Facilitates leadership at all levels across the business about the financial crime risks so that they can put relevant controls and remedial actions into place to address areas of concern to mitigate financial crime risk
• Providing awareness of the level of financial crime risk within each branch or area
• These metrics provide indication of how effectively financial crime risk is managed – where the branch/area is outside of the risk appetite then suitable actions should be taken
• Individual Level Reporting will provide quantitative indicators to support Performance Management of Financial Crime Risk’ KPI Objective.

• Client: Colgate Project Description: HR & Payroll: Per the contract with our clients we need to charge client based on Participants we have in the database
• We receive data (HR) files from clients on Weekly basis which can be fixed and free format
• This data needs to be reviewed, cleaned, and then loaded to DB2
• After loading the data monthly processing of rates, paycheck is done, and it should be double checked through SQL queries and end report of monthly transactions needs to be sent to the client
• Worked as a core member of the team where I was responsible for Reading the raw data in fixed field & free format data and developing new SAS codes and SQL queries to generate reports as per requirements.
