Partnering closely with the CEO/ Founder and leadership to hire the company’s top management, including the CFO, Head of Supply Chain, Head of Ecommerce, Creative Head and key functional heads across departments.
Driving in-house talent acquisition across all levels, resulting in cost savings of 1.60 Cr+ in agency fees in my tenure.
Leading the implementation of KRAs and KPIs org-wide, ensuring transparent, measurable, and equitable performance management aligned with business outcomes.
Creating and institutionalizing people listening mechanisms such as ENPS surveys, townhalls, CFRs and R&Rs -translating insights into actionable culture and retention strategies.

Building and institutionalizing a structured Employee Engagement Charter, combining monthly townhalls, R&R programs, townhall sessions, and pulse feedback loops to promote trust, transparency, and energy org-wide.
Leading HR digitization by managing the HRMS and ESOP portals, aligning workflows with compliance and employee experience. Ensure smooth workflow while managing HRMS/ payroll software transitions.

Hired more than 40 employees saving recruitment agency costs of ~ 10 lakhs – while maintaining 30/60 day pre-determined recruitment TAT.
