  • Served as Principal of Community College for General Duty Assistants /Health Assistants under collaboration with ICRDCE (an NGO) from 17th August 2015 to 12th May 2024 for empowering girls/women by providing job opportunities in health care and ensuring availability of locally trained & long term staff to improve quality of care in rural health care settings.
  • Assisted in the development and implementation of policies and procedures aimed at enhancing overall nursing care quality as Deputy Nursing Superintendent from 1st January 2019 and then as Nursing Superintendent from 1st December 2021 to 30th April 2024.
  • Contributed substantially to successful NABH accreditation as a Quality Co ordinator from 1st June 2019 till .
  • Championed infection control measures, reducing hospital-acquired infections by acting as Infection Control Nurse from 1st December 2020 to 30th April 2024.
