Connected with the associates on a timely basis with the help of a structured TM connect plan spanning one on one connects, New joiners meet, Skip level meetings, Fun on the Floor activities, Town halls, coffee with Leader, brown bag sessions, WE sessions and Focused group discussions.
Employee Relations
Hands on experience in handling an investigation, employee disciplinary issues and compliance. Managed centrally the fresher management program under the banner ELT Springboard which consisted of TM connect at Academy, orientation , face to face connect with a BU leader etc. Provided solutions to employees on various HR related procedures like promotion, salary revision, year end appraisal, incentives, career prospects, immigration, job rotation.
Performance Management
Worked on the year end appraisal cycle, liaised between the BU and center of excellence team and presented the ratings. Program managed the entire PIP process across location in addition to handling PIP for respective BU. Supported the BU with yearly promotion process.
Compliance
Handled various misconduct and security breach investigations including POSH. Prepared investigation reports, show cause notice, charge-sheet and termination letter.
Training & Development
Establish and administer a formal training program for the professional development of new hires.
Ensuring the training programs are delivered in a timely and effective manner. Coordinate, assess and communicate findings on employee development to internal stakeholders. Develop and implement additional training modules as required to increase potential productivity from staff.
Stakeholder Management
Develop and maintain a strong channel of communication with internal stakeholders by updating them on the status of training programs for new hires. Update and send reports to internal stakeholders so that there is transparency and room for improving programs.
Learning and Development
Ensured that the resources have a designated role and role development plan in place to meet their aspiration in the future. Recommended and enabled job rotations wherever required.
