• Part of Solutioning/pricing and Providing Inputs for RFP. Tracking the positive and negative variance during the life cycle of the contract and work on change order with delivery and contract management as required.
• Client Account team partnering: Serve as a business partner to client groups, discussing performance metrics, profitability areas and collaborating on solutioning/pricing strategies and RFP inputs.
• Financial Oversight: Track contract lifecycle variances, collaborate with delivery and contract management on change orders, and provide inputs on profitability areas and rate card development.
• Collaboration and Training: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Controllership, Project Control Service, and Legal, to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Lead trainings for senior executives and new joiners, fostering employee engagement and continuous learning opportunities.
