Started career as a tax consultant two decades ago. Have supervised and worked with thousands of aspiring accounting professionals helping them to overcome lack of quality training and in-depth instruction in the field of preparation for accounting and taxation exams. Dearth of quality study material causes of fear in students and public as a whole. The complex and vague presentation of topics like taxation in available study material made students dread the subject. In 2014, book on Income Tax and Indirect Tax was published by McGraw Hill and later renowned publishers like Lexis-Nexis and Bharat Law have launched and circulated work on subjects like Income Tax, GST across India. The intention to deliver excellence was further strengthened by the results of thousands of students. Proverbial/Metaphorical overnight success came in 2018, when few students were among the top three in various levels of CA exams. All India Rank 1 in CA-Foundation and CA-Intermediate in May 2018 were one of the many success stories. That year produced All India Rank 2 and 3 in CA-Intermediate (November exam) and May exams respectively. 134 All India Rank holders are testament to the strong training methodology and ever-growing academic skills. The hybrid teaching model and academic leadership is well epitomized in YouTube channel CAJOHAR. With over 15,000 subscribers, channel is growing leaps and bounds.
