- Troubleshooting of equipment involved in major breakdown in plant by applying Failure Mode Effect Analysis and Root Cause Analysis, implementing its action plan
- Operation cost tracking of critical equipment’s involving manpower cost and spares cost and based on that planning for its operation
- Active participation in developing positive safety behaviour over the plant by providing training and doing Safety Interaction
