  • New supplier selection & development for commodities viz. Agri traded products & its supply domestics as well as export.
  • MRP based Monthly Material Planning & scheduling, prepare machine requirement with Model Matrix.
  • Analyze daily / Three days weekly shortages & plan, action accordingly & meet the sale requirement.
  • Monitoring Supplier schedule adherence, daily Follow Up with supplier to meet 100 % schedule adherence.
  • Maintaining inventory levels as per Production plan and inventory norms in plant and warehouses, Close monitoring of demand fluctuation.
  • Responsible for AIN / ECN implementation, coordination with cross functional teams, Ensuring zero dead stock, in time material availability.
  • To generate the cost saving ideas & take initiative for implementation of the same.
  • Discuss with supplier, RFQ, RFP & settled the prices with service agreements.
  • Alternative sourcing for North suppliers of TAF / VCH / MP461 / WHEEL Harvester projects.
