Overview : A Complete Credit Card Application manages credit card operations with user roles for Admins, Customer Support, and Cardholders. It includes features for application processing, card issuance, transactions, and reporting. The system ensures security, compliance, and integrates with banking systems for seamless operations

Responsibilities :

• Developed various new functionalities & features on the payment gateway which involves multiple components across various microservices & their respective databases.
• Provided technical support in resolving customer issues related to web development projects.
• Created RESTful APIs to enable communication between web applications and databases.
• Conducted website testing across multiple browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
• Resolved escalated incidents reported by users involving application failures and other issues promptly.
• Generated test cases for unit testing processes during development stages.
• Participated in sprint planning meetings to provide guidance on task estimation, implementation strategies and timeline management.

Overview : This project was on developing scripts for test automation for various flows across. Multiple APIs with Rally integration. This includes UI inspection, API request JSONs, response JSONs, debugging, Jenkins configuration for test reports, etc.

• Involving in all aspects of a project starting from requirement analysis, estimation, design, development, provide support in testing phase, till production deployment.
• Responsible for end to end delivery, code reviews and code optimization of the project.
• Involved in Daily Scrum calls, Refinement, Sprint Grooming, Sprint Planning and Estimations, Retrospections and Solution demo to the client.

Overview: Developed and optimized RESTful APIs to support visitor lifecycle workflows like pre-registration, check-in/out, and access control integration with Genetec and Avigilon ACM. Improved database performance and ensured seamless integration with front-end kiosks and mobile apps.
