• Overall responsibilities of Technical operation of the Laboratory with respect to received coal and water sample, Sample preparation, Analysis and reporting of result, activities being carried out for coal and Water Testing Laboratory.
• Set all parameter of water and waste water as per IS and APHA method for the NABL Scope.
• Conducting Interlaboratory comparison activities with other laboratory and calculation of Z score of all laboratory.
• Responsible for evaluation of Measurement of Uncertainty for parameters accredited as NABL Scope for coal and water like Cooling water,Boiler water, Drinking water, Packed drinking water, Industrial water, surface water, ground water, Waste water.
• Assisting, developing, establishing, implementation, maintenance and followed all the quality management system conforming to ISO 17025:2017 International Standards General Requirements for the competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.
• Making Internal audit Report, conducting Management Review Meeting and its Report.
• Create a Nonconformity report with investigations and corrective action Report.
• Dealing overall assigned Technical operation within organization with respect to water and Coal Testing Process. Including Material, Equipment and Instrument, Process method, Accommodation Environment and competency of personnel.
• Responsible for the all Laboratory instrument operation like Maintenance, Intermediate check, CRM checks, Repeat Testing of samples, Testing of Blind Samples, Retesting of samples. PT Participation, ILC participation.
• Reporting of result to the external parties.
• Coordinated and performed analytical tests to comply with established standards and specifications.
• Performed technical laboratory functions in compliance with regulatory agencies and safety requirements.
• Prepared and reviewed documentation and SOPs.

• Coal : Coal sampling of Received Rake and truck as per Random Chart , Coal preparation of Received as well as Fired sample As per IS Standard and ASTM std.. And Analysis of Coal As per IS Standard as well as ASTM Standard (Parameter tested like Inherent moisture, ash, Volatile matter, fixed carbon, gross calorific value(ASTM), Sulfur (Bomb Washing and Eschka mixture method), bulk density, coal fines by sieve analysis) with ultimate analysis by CHNS instrument (Vario Micro Cube).
• Oil: Oil sampling and Analysis as per given schedule (Parameter Analysis like - NAS value (particle count), moisture, viscosity, total acid number, density, Crackle test for moisture.
• Fuel Oil ( LDO and Diesel): Sampling and Analysis (Density at 15 deg C, Sediment, Moisture, GCV)  Ash analysis: bulk density, unburned carbon, wet sieve analysis (45micron).
• Reporting of results to respected incharge.
• Coordinating for implementation and execution of ISO: IEC 17025-2017 and Integrated Management System
• Responsible for evaluation of Measurement of Uncertainty for parameters accredited as NABL Scope.
• Responsible for quality control activity of Laboratory like Replicate and Retesting of samples, Verification of equipment, Calibration of equipment internal as well as external, etc.
• Water Analysis (Raw water, DM water, Cooling water)
