• Study and analysis of Land Pooling Policy of different states like Haryana, Gujarat, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and Rajasthan.
• Preparation of Bihar Land Pooling Policy 2022 (Draft) and inter departmental coordination & consultation with the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, CEPT University and IIT Roorkee.

2.Project: Local Area Plan (LAP), Town Planning Scheme (TPS) and Area Development Scheme (Under Amrut).

• Pilot on formulation of Local Area Plan (LAP) and Town Planning Scheme (TPS), Namely ISBT (Mircha) and Fatua under Patna Planning Area.
• Stakeholder Consultation Meeting for Zonal Development Plan (ZDP) and Local Area Plan (LAP) at Punpun Circle Office, Patna
• Area Demarcation proposal preparation for LAP and TPS
• Assistance for the Preparation and Evaluation of RFP for Selection of Consultant for "Providing Planning and Surveying Services for Preparation of Area Development Scheme (Based on Land Pooling System)" in Patna Metropolitan Area

3.Project: Implementation of Patna Master Plan under Patna Metropolitan Area Authority (PMAA)

• Define role and function of PMAA
• Initial project and area demarcation for different project (foot over bridges, Junction Design, Plantation, Signage and Boards, Lighting.
• Assistance for the Preparation and Evaluation of RFP for Selection of Consultancy Firms for
• "Preparation of 15 Zonal Development Plan (ZDP) for Patna Metropolitan Area"
• Review of Work submitted by Consultants for Preparation of 15 Zonal Development Plan (ZDP) for Patna Metropolitan Area
• Draft Town Planning Scheme (TPS) Report.

4.Submission Review and Analysis of GIS based Master Plan for Bihar Towns

• Analysis and Review of consultants works at different stages for formulation and preparation of GIS based Master Plan for the towns of Bihar, Namely, Bihar Sharif Master Plan, Rajgir Region Master Plan, Chappra Master Plan, Begusarai Master Plan

5.Project: GIS based Base Map and Property survey of 85 Towns in Bihar State

• Preparation and Evaluation of RFP for GIS based Master Plan and Property Survey,
• Area of Interest for 85 Towns for Master Plan.
