- 4 yrs. of experience in the Project management
- Provide guidance and support to the various project teams to achieve their respective goal.
- Ensure, costing team get proper data on time from Technology & engineering team to preparing costing. Prepare presentation for F&IC approval from board member.
- Prepare Project execution strategy and submit to management prior to project kick-off meeting.
- Ensure preparation of detailed project schedule with appropriate milestones.
- Initial meeting with concerned teams for RFQ prep and TQ & TBA review & clarification.
- Establish relation with stakeholders.
- Ensure input data from vendors and internal other engineering discipline team are on track as per engineering design delivery schedule.
- Monitor progress periodically against schedule, quality standards.
- Prepare risk assessment and mitigation plans. Suggest Technical alternatives.
- Organize weekly project review meetings with project team, engineering leadership team to understand the design progress, actual project progress in terms of schedule.
- Ensure the requirements of the project are being incorporated into the facility design.
- Project review meet 30%, 60%, 90% .3D model co-ordination with discipline & DEC's.
- Ensure that all teams are communicating with each other appropriately.
- Establish a good working relationship with the client and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Hands on experience in SAP PS module for project control
- Interact with DEC Project Manager for clarification of any queries of the discipline teams during the course of engineering design execution.
- Facilitated interdepartmental collaboration with streamlined communication channels for effective project management.
