It was a 6-month project for managing the post-implementation phase of SAP B1 for Treadsetters Tyres Limited. I coordinated with the SAP implementation team on behalf of Treadsetters Tyres Limited to ensure the SAP implementation is working as per the desired operational structure of the company. Further, the managers for all departments are getting accurate reports from SAP.

Finance Department:

• Audit of accounting transactions: purchases, expenses, sales, and cash and bank transactions.

• Verifying of maintenance of supporting documents for all accounting entries.

Production Department:

• Auditing of production batches starting from the production plan, inventory transfer to the production floor, input-output ratio at each process, percentage of normal and abnormal loss, and accounting of production-related entries.
